These terms and conditions constitute the overall agreement between you and us and govern the use of our 3D visualization services. By using our 3D visualization services, you agree to follow and be bound by the following general terms and conditions.

Service Delivery:

Order process:

To use our services, you must submit an order through our website or by contacting us directly. You must provide us with all necessary information and materials required to complete the project.

Prices and payment:

We provide detailed pricing information for our services upon request. Prices may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Payment must be made according to the agreed payment terms and may be before or after the delivery of the service. If the assignment continues for a longer period of time, we reserve the right to partially invoice for the work performed so far.

Copyright and Ownership:

Upon completion of the service, we transfer ownership of the generated 3D visualizations to you, provided all invoices have been paid on time. We reserve the right to display the projects in our portfolio or for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

Changes and Revisions:

We strive to meet your needs and expectations by providing accurate visualizations as directed by you. If necessary, we offer a limited revision option, where minor changes can be made at no extra cost. Major changes or extra work may be charged separately.

Timeframes:

We strive to complete projects within agreed timeframes. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as technical problems or changes in the scope of the project, which may affect the delivery time. We will do our best to inform you of any delays. In order to meet the time frames specified, you agree to provide us with the necessary information and communicate the details of the project in order to complete the work. If the communication with you takes place in a way that prolongs the production, we reserve the right to partially invoice for the work carried out so far.

Confidentiality:

We undertake to treat all information you provide us as confidential and will not share it with third parties. You agree to also treat any sensitive information we share with you with the same confidentiality.

Limitation of liability:

We are not responsible for any loss, damage or expense incurred as a result of the use of our services or misinterpretation of the visualizations.

Force majeure:

We are not responsible for any delays, errors or failure to deliver services caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Dispute resolution:

In the event of any dispute or disagreement, we will endeavor to reach a negotiated solution. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute must be resolved in accordance with applicable law and by turning to legal guidance or the court system.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If any changes occur, we will notify you in good time so that you do not have problems.

Termination of agreement:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service delivery if you breach these terms and conditions or if we believe there is reason to do so.
